Start with the Vice President assigned to your area. The Region One Board coordinates approval, judges, logistics and event requirements with the host agency.

Discuss dates, disciplines, judge availability and expected team count.
Agency approval
Submit the hosting request on agency letterhead with the appropriate authorization.
