CALL TO ORDER: By President Peterman at 5:05 pm
MOMENT OF SILENCE called by President Peterman
ROLL CALL: All present with the exception of Past President Jose Bosque and V.P. Southeast Amanda
Cummings.
TREASURER REPORT: $28,947.99. Motion to approve report, passed.
SECRETARY REPORT: 282 Current members. Held 22 mini certifications in 2024, 193 teams. Therapy
Dogs still on the incline, new members. Chief Judges and score keepers note changes to some of the
score programs.
Motion made to approve: passed.
REPORT OF OFFICERS:
Trustee Roy Parker asked that the Treasurer provide a print out of our finances prior to meetings.
Treasurer Whitaker agreed and will comply.
V.P. Central Cory Bowling: Regionals are looking good.
Trustee Susan Rogers took on the task of updating our Events manual and ByLaws.
OLD BUSINESS:
NEW BUSINESS: Several requests for mini certifications were brought up and approved.
GOOD OF THE ASSOCIATION: There was a long discussion about rule changes and the upcoming election.
Motion made and approved to change our events manual to make public demos at Region Trials
optional instead of a requirement.
Motion made to adjourn and approved at 5:40pm.
